Ingredients to make Paneer Halwa
Paneer crumbled – 1 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Desi ghee – 1 tbsp
Whole almonds – 8-9
Chopped almonds – 1 tsp

Paneer Halwa Recipe
To make paneer halwa, first take soft paneer. Now crumble the paneer by breaking it with hands. If you want, you can also cut small pieces of paneer. Now put them in a mixer jar and grind them. After this, put desi ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the ghee melts, put grated paneer in it and roast it for some time while stirring with the help of a ladle. When it turns light brown, add milk to it.
After cooking milk and paneer for some time, add sugar according to taste and mix it with the help of a ladle and cover the pan and let the pudding cook for 5 minutes. Keep stirring the halwa in between so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan. The pudding has to be cooked until the milk dries up completely. After this, turn off the gas and add cardamom powder and almond shavings and mix it properly. Now take out paneer halwa in a serving bowl and garnish it with whole almonds.
